Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of steeped Chai (use about 2 tbs. of Moody Teas chai, we recommend Kumaon, Let’s Go or Red Mood Rooibos Chai if you’re looking for a caffeine free version)
- 1 cup milk (or your favorite non-dairy option)
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 Tb. sugar
Directions:
- Steep chai tea using a steeper pot or tea ball.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the milk, whipping cream and sugar.
- Mix 2-3 tbs of the cream mixture into the tea.
- Alternating with the layers, pour 1 tbs of mixture into the popsicle molds. Freeze after each layer for at least 30 minutes before adding the next.
- Repeat until all liquid is used up.
Pro tip: If you’re looking for a quicker, easier version, just mix the chai and cream mixture together, pour into molds to freeze, and enjoy!
